Urban design is the most important, the biggest physical product that it has created to organize people's lives, and the structure that organizes and frames human life.
Urban design and the design of new urban developments with an interesting, personable, cultural dimension, respectful of nature and history, beautiful, level architecture is also essential in order to save the cultural level of future generations.
The poorest family in the community also has the right to live in a beautiful environment designed using the most advanced knowledge, solutions and talents. The task of the person / architect is to beautify the world with this consciousness.
During this effort, its existence is respectful to nature and people; it must develop an environment in which it will grasp its own existence, an architecture.
Quality of Components
Systems such as pedestrian paths, green areas, bicycle paths, parking lots, bicycle parking places, electric vehicle stations, smart garbage collection should be in the neighborhood texture.
Structure Island Size
Along with the buildings, it is necessary to create a city-integrated building island with its inner gardens, sitting areas in the inner gardens, and strolling areas. Interior gardens should be designed to get as much sunlight as possible.
Height Strategy

Small & Medium Scale Apartments
Designed as 3 floors. Floor plans are designed to be transformed. Upon request, 4 flats on the floor can be converted into 2 bedroom or 2 apartments 3 bedroom
Big Scale Apartments
Designed as 6 floors. Floor plans are designed to be transformed. Wide balconies are arranged as green landscaping.
The purpose of designing the cities of the future and updating existing cities is the humanitarian social hybrid city and should be a technology consensus. Providing all the details about the neighborhood with technological solutions.
These; It is aimed to build an ecosystem such as smart billboards, smart street surfaces, smart facades, smart garbage application. It aims to collect, evaluate and calculate the data collected from the city and the city, to profile the city, to warn the city about the potentials and to communicate with the city. In this context, it is aimed to shape the urban spaces according to the profile of the city.
